以玉米杂交组合PH4CV/昌7-2(组合I)和PH6WC/7873(组合Ⅱ)的6世代P1、P2、F1、B1、B2、F2为试验材料,在春播和夏播条件下,研究玉米株高的主基因+多基因遗传规律。结果表明,春播条件下,组合Ⅰ的株高符合E-3模型,组合Ⅱ的株高符合E-1模型;夏播条件下,组合I和组合Ⅱ的株高均符合C-0模型。春播条件下,组合Ⅰ和组合Ⅱ株高均以主基因遗传为主;夏播条件下,组合Ⅰ和组合Ⅱ株高均表现为多基因遗传。在利用这两个组合对株高进行遗传改良时,在不同的环境条件下应该采用不同的选育方法。
The 6th generation P1, P2, F1, B1, B2 and F2 of maize hybrid combinations PH4CV / Chang 7-2 (combination I) and PH6WC / 7873 (combination Ⅱ) were used as experimental materials to study the effects of maize Plant height major gene + polygenic inheritance. The results showed that in spring sowing, the plant height of combination Ⅰ was in line with E-3 model, and the plant height of combination Ⅱ was consistent with E-1 model. Under summer sowing conditions, the plant height of combination I and combination Ⅱ all accorded with C-0 model. Under spring sowing conditions, the height of combination Ⅰ and combination Ⅱ were dominated by the major gene. Under summer sowing conditions, the combinations of combination Ⅰ and combination Ⅱ showed polygene inheritance. When using these two combinations for genetic improvement of plant height, different breeding methods should be used under different environmental conditions.
