为了提高破前漏分析中泄漏率的计算模型的准确度,针对气体的泄漏率问题开展了实验研究和理论研究。实验中获得了较为系统的实验数据,总结了气体流经窄间隙流道的流动规律。在理论研究中,发展了2种气体泄漏率的计算模型。其中,等熵流模型假设气体流动是等熵过程,它的计算过程简单,但忽略了摩擦与扰动的影响,精度较差。瞬变流模型仅假设气体流动是一维的,它能够模拟气体流经贯穿裂纹过程中的主要流体力学特性,计算结果表明,该模型是一种适合于工程应用的模型。
In order to improve the accuracy of the calculation model of the leakage rate in the prebreak leak analysis, experimental and theoretical studies have been carried out on the gas leakage rate. In the experiment, more systematic experimental data were obtained, and the law of gas flow through the narrow gap flow path was summarized. In theoretical research, two kinds of gas leakage rate calculation models have been developed. Among them, the isentropic flow model assumes that the gas flow is an isentropic process, and its calculation process is simple, but the influence of friction and disturbance is neglected, and the accuracy is poor. The transient flow model only assumes that the gas flow is one-dimensional. It can simulate the main fluid mechanics characteristics of the gas flow through the crack. The calculation results show that the model is a suitable model for engineering applications.
