阿维菌素从结构上类似于大环内酯类抗生素,具有触杀、胃毒作用,可用作农药、兽药和医药,应用广泛。利用生物农药防治白蚁在室内试验上都取得比较好的效果,但在野外条件下的效果要么得到证实,要么不是特别理想,从而阻碍了生物农药在白蚁防治上的应用。就阿维菌素类似药物的一些理化特性、毒理学、作用机理、白蚁生物防治研究以及生物防治的局限性几个方面进行论述。
Abamectin from the structure similar to the macrolide antibiotics, with contact kill, stomach poisoning, can be used as pesticides, veterinary drugs and medicine, widely used. The use of biological pesticides to control termites have achieved good results in laboratory experiments, but the effect in the field conditions either confirmed or not particularly ideal, which hindered the biological pesticides in termite control applications. Some physicochemical properties, toxicology, mechanism of action, biological control of termites and biological control of avermectin similar drugs are discussed in several aspects.
