目的探讨院外延续护理对精神分裂症患者康复和生活质量的影响。方法选取我院收取的精神分裂症患者70例,随机分为对照组和观察组,对照组给予常规出院指导,观察组在此基础上进行院外延续护理,观察两组患者的康复治疗效果。结果观察者患者的GQOLI评分和康复状态评分优于对照组,生活质量提高,康复效果好。结论给予精神分裂症患者进行院外延续护理,可以提高患者的恢复速度和患者的日常生活能力。
Objective To investigate the effect of extended hospital nursing on the rehabilitation and quality of life of schizophrenia patients. Methods Seventy patients with schizophrenia collected in our hospital were randomly divided into control group and observation group. The control group was given regular discharge guidance. On the basis of this study, the observation group was extended nursing care and the effect of rehabilitation treatment was observed. Results Observer patients GQOLI score and rehabilitation status score better than the control group, improve quality of life, good rehabilitation. Conclusions For patients with schizophrenia continuation of hospital care, can improve the speed of recovery of patients and patients with daily living ability.
