Foreword At present, single-tube memory cell is one of the most promising dynamic memory elements, and it can significantly increase cell density. In high density memories, not only is it estimated that the yield is compromised due to imperfections in the process, but the parameter tolerance due to the chip size must also be carefully considered. In the case of a single-pipe RAM, this consideration becomes more important in order to reliably identify the information stored in the cell by requiring a sensitive sense amplifier. Because the performance of an amplifier depends on the tolerance of the parameters, the sensitivity of the amplifier greatly affects the overall yield of the random access memory.
