党的十八届四中全会以后,法治成为当今中国理论界特别是法学界的重要研究范畴。陆洲所撰写的《论哈贝马斯程序主义法范式及其中国意义》（人民出版社2014年出版）正是在借鉴西方经典理论的基础上,对在我国如何确立法治范式、推进法治发展做出的深入探索,对我国法治建设具有重要的理论和实践价值。
