对汽轮机动叶片在加工时产生的变形进行了测试分析,结果表明,变形系叶根的残余应力过大所致.提出了降低叉形叶根残余应力的有关途径.
The deformation of steam turbine rotor blades during machining was tested and analyzed, and the results showed that the residual stress of the root of the deformation system was too large, and some ways to reduce the residual stress of the root were proposed.
