对扭矩辅助型机械自动变速箱(AMT)有动力升挡控制策略进行研究。在商用车传统的AMT上,增加了一套由辅助离合器和自动控制装置组成的扭矩辅助机构。搭建了扭矩辅助型AMT的动力学模型。结合换挡评价指标,制定了扭矩辅助型AMT有动力升挡控制策略,基于2挡升3挡工况进行仿真研究,并通过整车试验验证该控制策略的有效性。仿真和试验结果表明,扭矩辅助型AMT能够在换档时输出动力,改善了换档品质。
Research on power-up control strategy of torque-assisted mechanical automatic transmission (AMT). In the traditional commercial vehicle AMT, an increase of auxiliary clutch and automatic control device composed of torque assist mechanism. Set up a torque-assisted dynamic model of AMT. Combined with the shift evaluation index, a torque-assisted AMT power-up control strategy was developed, and the simulation was carried out based on the second-gear up and third-gear mode. The effectiveness of the control strategy was verified through vehicle test. The simulation and experimental results show that the torque-assisted AMT can output power during shifting and improve gear shifting quality.
