高中美术教学是近年来才开展起来的,不同于初中美术教学侧重于美术基本知识和基本技能的传授,它是以提高学生审美文化素养为核心,以发展创造性智慧,陶冶高尚的情操,促使学生得到全面和谐的发展为主旨。这就对美术教师提出了新的要求,通过近四、五年来的学习和教学实践,我深深体会到想成为一名优秀的高中美术教师必须具备以下素质。一、美术鉴赏品位俗话说,教师要给学生一碗水,自己先得有一桶水,做为一名称职的高中美术教师当然应该熟知教材内容。但要做一名好的美术欣赏课教师就不能仅停留在“知道”上。美术欣赏不是一种客观的理性认识活动,它是一种感情与认识,感受与理解相统一的精神活动,是美术作品
