通过对马钢耐火材料公司资产授权经营以来主要工作的回顾和经济运行质量的分析,找出了存在的一些差距与不足,提出了通过采取加强企业文化建设、优化资源配置增强技术创新和市场开拓能力,调整产品结构、加强成本控制提升市场竞争能力,改进工艺路线稳定与提高产品质量,完善经济责任制考核和激励等措施,进一步提高经济运行质量。
