军工制造业面临的挑战当前,国防装备研制任务繁重,管理信息化的滞后成为提高生产效率的瓶颈之一,表现为:企业ERP系统缺乏有力的信息支持,生产计划和现场控制脱节,大量引进的先进数控设备未能充分发挥其效能。因此,提高生产现场执行力就成为军工制造业面临的一个紧迫课题。而国际上类似企业解决此问题的方案,就是实施制造执行系统(Manufacturing Execution System,简称MES)。
At present, the challenges faced by the military manufacturing industry are arduous tasks of national defense equipment development and the lag of management informationization as one of the bottlenecks to increase production efficiency. The performance is as follows: the enterprise ERP system lacks strong information support, the production plan is out of step with the on-site control, Advanced CNC equipment failed to give full play to its effectiveness. Therefore, raising the executive power of the production site has become an urgent issue facing the military manufacturing industry. The similar international enterprises to solve this problem program, is to implement the manufacturing execution system (Manufacturing Execution System, referred to as MES).
