研究了Al3Ti4B细化剂和Al10Sr变质剂对ZL10 7合金显微组织的影响。结果表明 :单一Al3Ti4B细化剂的添加量大于 0 .6 %时 ,可使ZL10 7合金获得 10 0~ 12 0 μm左右的等轴枝晶 ,且其抗衰退期至少不小于 2 40min ,但对共晶硅没有变质作用 ;而一定量的Al10Sr变质剂除了至少能在 2 40min内使共晶硅充分变质外 ,还对初生α(Al)晶粒具有一定的细化作用 ;当Al3Ti4B细化剂和Al10Sr变质剂共同作用于ZL10 7合金时 ,Al Sr有效变质时间大为减少 ,晶粒有所长大 ,但两者在合适的匹配添加量时 ,可获得与单一添加时相似或相同的细化、变质效果。
The effect of Al3Ti4B refiner and Al10Sr modifier on the microstructure of ZL107 alloy was studied.
