目的 研究神经生长因子对放创复合伤是否同时具有促进创面愈合和造血恢复的作用。方法 全身结合局部给药后 ,观察动物存活、局部创面愈合速度、修复细胞成分和血细胞的变化。结果 用药后 ,复合伤动物的存活率提高 ,外周血白细胞和骨髓有核细胞数明显增加 ;创面愈合速度加快 ,局部成纤维细胞和血管内皮细胞数量明显增加。结论 神经生长因子对放射复合伤难愈创面具有良好的促愈效果 ,同时还表现出一定的抗放作用
Objective To investigate whether nerve growth factor (TGF) has the effect of promoting wound healing and hematopoietic recovery at the same time. Methods After systemic administration and topical administration, the survival of animals, the healing rate of local wounds, the repair of cell components and the changes of blood cells were observed. Results After treatment, the survival rate of compound injury animals increased, the number of leukocytes and bone marrow mononuclear cells in peripheral blood increased obviously; the healing rate of wounds increased and the number of local fibroblasts and vascular endothelial cells significantly increased. Conclusion Nerve growth factor has a good curative effect on refractory wounds of radiotherapy combined with anti-radiation
