目的 充分利用与发掘社区资源优势及功能。坚持以人为本,开展预防控制艾滋病性病健康教育。为增强健康教育的深度、广度和持久性探索新途径。方法 运用问卷测查、个别晤谈、群体访谈和干预等方法对健康教育效果进行评估,并对健康教育模式的结构与机制作动态研究。结果 (1)初步建立社区健康教育“组织”,“运行”,“参与”模式(简称OOP模式)。(2)效果评定显示(1997年4月1138例;1998年10月1198例),社区居民对艾滋病知识知晓率、信念和行为取向均有所提高和转变。结论(1)社区健康教育的实效与可持续发展在于健康教育组织网络的建立健全。(2)健康教育内容、方法与民众需求的匹配。(3)民众的参与热情和健康教育生活化。
Purpose To make full use of and explore the advantages and functions of community resources. Adhere to the people-centered principle to carry out prevention and control of AIDS sexual health education. To explore new ways to enhance the depth, breadth, and durability of health education. Methods Questionnaire surveys, individual interviews, group interviews, and interventions were used to evaluate the effectiveness of health education. The structure and mechanism of health education were dynamically studied. Results (1) Initially establish the “organization,” “operational,” and “participation” modes of community health education (referred to as the OOP model). (2) The effect evaluation showed that (1,138 cases in April 1997 and 1,198 cases in October 1998), the community residents’ awareness of AIDS knowledge, beliefs, and behavioral orientations were improved and changed. Conclusions (1) The effectiveness and sustainable development of community health education lies in the establishment and improvement of the health education organization network. (2) Matching the content and methods of health education with the needs of the people. (3) The people’s participation enthusiasm and the life of health education.
