建立了用垂度来度量链条磨损伸长的数学模型,经过模拟计算,得到垂度与链条磨损伸长的关系,给出了不同规格链条达到3%磨损率时的极限垂度值。
A mathematical model was established to measure the wear elongation of the chain by means of sag. The relationship between the sag and the elongation of the chain was obtained through simulation calculation. The ultimate sag value of the chains with 3% wear rate was given.
