In the new 21st century, architects and planners can not think about architecture alone, but also think more about people, nature and cities. In this thinking direction, we proposed a new experimental concept for the outlying islands in Singapore in 2011 - to build a highly concentrated and dense vertical city on a small island. It will have four times the density of New York and 15 times the density of Singapore’s population at the moment, but at the same time it will take up only 1/15 of Singapore’s land area, equivalent to the current population of 5 million being only 1 / 15,40 square feet Km of land. In the imaginary high-density vertical city, buildings, as urban structures and columns, have lateral traffic, flow of people, and greenery as the beams of the city.
