目的探讨品管圈管理工具在降低心内科住院患者护理标识错误率中的应用效果。方法成立品管圈,按照品管圈活动步骤,运用质量管理常用工具对心内科住院患者护理标识存在的问题进行改进,并将改进前、后状况进行比较。结果实施品管圈活动后,心内科住院患者护理标识错误率由15.17%下降至5.23%,差异有统计学意义(<0.001)。结论品管圈活动可有效降低心内科住院患者护理标识错误率,提高圈员运用品管工具解决临床实际问题的能力。“,”Objective To investigate the ef ect of the Quality Control Circle activity in reducing the er or rate of patient' nursing marks in the Department of Cardiology. Methods We set up the QCC Group. In accordance with the steps of QCC, we did quality improvements focus on the existing problems of patient' nursing marks in the Department of Cardiology by using quality management tools. Then compare the results before and after improvement measures. Results After the QCC activity, the er or rate of patient' nursing marks in the Department of Cardiology decreased from 15.17% to 5.23%and the dif erence was statistical y significant ( <0.001). Conclusion QCC activity could ef ectively reduce the er or rate of patient' nursing marks in the Department of Cardiology and improve the ability of members of QCC Group to solve clinical nursing problems.
