目的观察中西结合治疗急性脑梗死的疗效。方法选择确诊病例80例,随机分为治疗组与对照组进行治疗后对比。结果治疗组40例中,基本痊愈11例,显著进步15例,进步8例,总有效率85%;对照组40例中,基本痊愈8例,显著进步12例,进步7例,总有效率67.5%。治疗组明显高于对照组。结论中西医结合可有效治疗脑梗死且疗效显著。
Objective To observe the curative effect of combining Chinese and western medicine on acute cerebral infarction. Methods Eighty confirmed cases were selected and randomly divided into treatment group and control group after treatment. Results Among the 40 cases in the treatment group, 11 cases were basically cured, 15 cases were significantly improved, 8 cases were improved, and the total effective rate was 85%. Among the 40 cases in the control group, 8 cases were basically cured, 12 cases were significantly improved, 7 cases were improved and the total effective rate 67.5%. The treatment group was significantly higher than the control group. Conclusion Integrative Medicine can effectively treat cerebral infarction with a significant effect.
