目的:研究MDR-1基因的mRNA表达水平与大肠癌患者临床特征的关系。方法:用逆转录PCR定量法检测16例原发大肠癌病人的正常大肠粘膜和癌组织中MDR-1mRNA的含量,多元线性回归分析其与患者年龄、性别、肿瘤大小、浸润深度、淋巴结转移及组织形态等多因素的关系。结果:筛选出MDR-1mRNA的表达量与淋巴结转移有关(P<0.05),与其他因素无关。结论:MDR-1mRNA高表达的大肠癌细胞可能较相对低表达的大肠癌细胞具有更强的扩散转移能力;MDR-1基因的作用可能不仅限于细胞耐药性,还影响细胞的其它生物学行为。
Objective: To study the relationship between mRNA expression of MDR-1 gene and clinical characteristics of patients with colorectal cancer. METHODS: MDR-1 mRNA levels in normal colorectal mucosa and cancer tissue were measured by quantitative reverse transcription PCR in 16 patients with primary colorectal cancer. Multiple linear regression analysis was used to determine the age, gender, tumor size, depth of invasion, and lymph node metastasis. Organizational forms and other multi-factor relationships. RESULTS: The expression of MDR-1 mRNA was related to lymph node metastasis (P<0.05), but not related to other factors. Conclusion: The colorectal cancer cells with high expression of MDR-1 mRNA may have stronger ability of proliferation and metastasis than those with low expression of colorectal cancer. The effect of MDR-1 gene may be not only limited to cell resistance, but also affect the other biological behaviors of cells. .
