前言:当前和今后一个时期的首要政治任务,就是要认真学习、深入贯彻、全面落实党的十七大精神。2007年12月5日,宁夏党的建设研究会在银川召开了学习贯彻党的十七大精神座谈会,自治区党委常委、组织部长徐松南,自治区党的建设研究会会长韩茂华及研究会理事会成员等100余人出席了会议。会议指出,党的建设是党的事业不断取得胜利的一大法宝,党建研究是提高党的建设水平的重要基础和保证。党的建设研究工作者要对十七大提出的一些关系全局的新思想、新观点、新论断和新要求真正学懂弄通,不断提高党建研究工作水平的能力,增强解决实际问题的能力,着力以党建研究工作的成果指导和推动全区党的建设工作实现新的跨越。会上,宁夏党建研究会的部分常务理事、理事围绕学习贯彻党的十七大精神,以改革创新精神着力推进机关党的建设、创新基层党建工作、促进经济社会发展等问题进行了交流发言。本刊将发言整理刊发,以期与读者共同学习、共同提高。
