目的探讨大剂量甲基泼尼松联合静脉注射丙种球蛋白对病毒性脑炎患儿神经功能、红细胞及体液免疫功能的影响。方法选择2013年1月-2014年12月病毒性脑炎患儿60例,随机分为观察组与对照组各30例。对照组给予常规治疗,观察组在常规治疗基础上给予大剂量甲基泼尼松联合静脉注射丙种球蛋白治疗。检测治疗前、治疗后患儿神经功能、红细胞免疫功能、红细胞多项指数及体液免疫功能。结果治疗后2组神经功能、红细胞免疫功能、多项红细胞指数及体液免疫功能均获改善,且观察组改善优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论大剂量甲基泼尼松联合静脉注射丙种球蛋白对病毒性脑炎患儿神经功能、红细胞免疫及体液免疫功能具有明显改善作用。
Objective To investigate the effects of high-dose methylprednisolone and intravenous gamma globulin on the neurological function, erythrocyte and humoral immune function in children with viral encephalitis. Methods Sixty children with viral encephalitis from January 2013 to December 2014 were randomly divided into observation group (30 cases) and control group (30 cases). The control group was given routine treatment. The observation group was given high-dose methylprednisone plus intravenous gamma globulin on the basis of routine treatment. Before and after treatment, the neurological function, erythrocyte immune function, erythrocyte index and humoral immune function were detected before and after treatment. Results After treatment, the neurological function, erythrocyte immune function, erythrocyte index and humoral immunity were improved in both groups, and the improvement in the observation group was better than that in the control group (P <0.05). Conclusion High dose methylprednisolone combined with intravenous gamma globulin can significantly improve the neurological function, erythrocyte immunity and humoral immune function in children with viral encephalitis.
