渗铬处理作为钢的耐热、耐蚀复盖层具有良好的性能。原来的技术在大量生产和稳定性方面有缺点,不大实用。因此,对原有技术进行了种种改进。同时,进行了以下三方面的研究:①粒状扩散剂和利用粒状扩散剂渗铬处理方法的研究;②以低成本的普通材料可以得到Fe—Cr合金层的清除碳化物法的研究;③非破坏检查法的研究等。这些新技术的研究,使汽车零件的渗铬处理获得了可能,并已处理了相当数量的排气净化装置元件。

Therefore, various improvements have been made to the prior art. At the same time, the following three aspects were studied: ① the study of granular diffusing agent and chromizing agent using granular diffusing agent; ② the research of removing carbides of Fe-Cr alloy layer by ordinary materials with low cost; Research on damage inspection methods. The research of these new technologies has made possible the chromizing of automotive parts and has handled a considerable amount of exhaust gas purification device components.
