本刊讯民政部、财政部、住房和城乡建设部6月12日联合下发《关于做好汶川地震房屋倒损农户住房重建工作的指导意见》。《意见》指出,明确重建工作原则。农户住房重建工作要以人为本,全面贯彻落实科学发展观,坚持农户自建、政府补助、部门帮扶、社会捐助。要与社会主义新农村建设、人居环境治理相结合,与扶贫开发工作、改善农村居民居住条件相统一,与当地经济社会总体规划、公共基础设施建设相衔接。
The Ministry of Civil Affairs, Ministry of Finance, Ministry of Housing and Urban-Rural Development jointly issued on June 12 “Good House Damaged Housing Damaged Wenchuan Earthquake Housing Guidance.” The Opinion states that the principle of rebuilding work should be clearly defined. The housing reconstruction of peasant households should be people-oriented, comprehensively implement the scientific concept of development, and insist on self-construction by farmers, government subsidies, departmental assistance and social contributions.
