1病例报告患者男,87岁。因咳嗽、咳黄色痰,伴发热、寒战、乏力就诊。查体:体温38.9℃,无胸闷、腹痛、腹泻与关节及肌肉酸痛;X线胸片见双下肺炎症;血常规检查,白细胞13.24×109/L,中性粒细胞0.89。诊断为肺炎。给予盐酸莫西沙星(0.4g)氯化钠注射液250ml静脉滴注,用药后当天晚上患者出现失眠、烦躁、对答不切题等症状。第2天改用头孢曲松钠及阿奇霉素
