建设银行山东省滕州市支行房地产信贷部是1989年经省人民银行批准设立的山东省金融系统第一家承办房改金融业务的机构。几年来,该行在上级建行和各级地方政府的领导支持下,以“服务房改”为宗旨,配合滕州市房改部门,积极开拓房改金融业务,先后制订出台了一系列住房资金存、贷、结算办法,建立起了一整套房地产金融管理和服务体系,基本探索出了一条适应小城镇房改金融工作的新路,得到了国家有关部门的好评。该行曾连续六年被上级有关部门评为房改工作先进单位,被“中国住房与金融研究会”破格吸收为全国唯一的县级市会员。 Construction Bank Tengzhou City, Shandong Province Branch of the real estate credit in 1989 by the Provincial People’s Bank approved the establishment of the financial system in Shandong Province to undertake the first housing reform financial institutions.
