我们已研制成功的“快速渗氮新工艺”是针对渗氮专用钢38CrMoAlA 进行的。而38CrMoAlA 钢冶炼困难,价格昂贵,加工与热处理工艺性能较差,渗层脆性大等缺点,已有工厂寻求在某些零件上用其它合金钢取代。为此我们在相同快速渗氮工艺条件下,研究了不同成分的钢对渗速、显微组织和性能的影响;分析了合金元素在快速渗氮中的作用;得到了一些有价值的结论,为推广快速渗氮工艺于其它钢种奠定了一定的基础。

The effect of alloying elements on rapid nitriding was analyzed. Some valuable conclusions were obtained, In order to promote rapid nitriding process in other steel laid a solid foundation.
