提出了一种二维三角晶格光子晶体“或非”和“非”全光逻辑门设计。该设计使用空气中的硅介质柱光子晶体材料,其主体为四根光子晶体波导组成的四端口结构。通过平面波展开法和有限时域差分法计算了其能带结构和光学传输特性,并对其逻辑功能进行了分析。结果显示,通过控制光相位,该结构能够实现“或非”和“非”逻辑功能,结构尺寸为9.675μm×7.820μm,响应周期为0.388ps。 A two-dimensional triangular lattice photonic crystal “NOR” and “non-” all-optical logic gate design is proposed. The design uses silicon dielectric column photonic crystal material in the air, the main body is a four-port structure composed of four photonic crystal waveguides. The band structure and optical transmission characteristics were calculated by plane wave expansion method and finite difference time-domain method, and their logic functions were analyzed. The results show that by controlling the optical phase, the structure can achieve “NOR” and “NOT” logic functions with a structure size of 9.675 μm × 7.820 μm and a response period of 0.388 ps.
