在当前知识经济时代,我国信息化水平全面提升,传统的人事档案管理方法已经不适应社会的需求,信息化模式成为其发展的必经之路。近年来,我国事业单位人事制度发生了巨大变化,并且在信息化建设进程中做出了有益的探索,但是依然存在不少问题。基于此,探讨了当前事业单位人事档案管理信息化建设中存在的问题,并提出了相应的完善对策,以供参考。
In the current era of knowledge-based economy, the level of informatization in our country has been promoted in an all-round way. The traditional management methods for personnel files have become unsuitable for the needs of the society. The informationization model has become the only way for its development. In recent years, great changes have taken place in the personnel system of public institutions in our country, and we have made useful explorations in the process of building informatization. However, many problems still exist. Based on this, the existing problems in the information construction of personnel files management in public institutions are discussed, and the corresponding countermeasures are put forward for reference.
