境外经贸合作区建设既是“一带一路”建设的主要内容,也是我国与沿线国家经贸合作的重要平台。本文通过对我国现有境外经贸合作区的发展情况进行初步总结和问题分析,结合中国与东道国对园区的发展诉求,从规划建设、开发模式、盈利模式、风险防范方面分别提出发展建议,为促进更多的合作区项目可持续发展提供方向指引。
The construction of overseas economic and trade cooperation zones is not only the main content of the construction of the “One Belt and One Road”, but also an important platform for China’s economic and trade cooperation with countries along the route. In this paper, through the preliminary summary and analysis of the development of the existing overseas economic and trade cooperation zones in China, combined with the development demands of the parks in China and the host countries, the development proposals are proposed separately from the aspects of planning and construction, development mode, profit model, and risk prevention. More cooperation zone projects provide direction for sustainable development.
