由于中国的人口基数较为庞大,再加上目前中国的经济正处于飞速发展的阶段,各行各业的发展都对需要房屋建筑作为基础,所以,国家当前对于房屋建筑的需求特别的高。这种现象也就成就了中国的房地产行业,房屋建筑不仅要保证在数量上解决社会各界的需求,更要在建筑的质量上采用先进的施工技术,提高企业的竞争力。本篇文章针对房屋建筑的施工技术问题的创新进行论述,并提出几点施工技术的创新应用。
Due to the large population base in China and the current rapid development of China’s economy, the development of all walks of life is based on the need for housing construction. Therefore, the current demand for housing construction in the country is particularly high. This phenomenon has also contributed to the real estate industry in China. Housing construction not only ensures that the demand of all sectors of the community is met in quantity, but also adopts advanced construction techniques to enhance the competitiveness of enterprises. This article discusses the construction technology of housing construction innovation, and puts forward some innovative application of construction technology.
