本文介绍一种新型酸性介质缓蚀剂系列——炔氧甲基胺和炔氧甲基季胺盐的合成、结构测定以及缓蚀性能的研究。通过烷基胺、醛、炔醇与卤代烷反应,分别得到两个系列共14种RN(CH_2OR′)_2和RN■(CH_2OR′)_2·X■化合物,其中R,R″是烷基、环烷基、芳基;R′是炔基;X是卤素。经质谱和红外吸收光谱进行分析,证明合成产物为预先设计的化合物。该系列化合物具有优异的缓蚀性能,是高温酸化缓蚀剂极好的组分。
In this paper, the synthesis, structure determination and corrosion inhibition of a new series of acidic medium inhibitors - alkynyloxymethylamine and alkynyloxymethyl quaternary ammonium salts are introduced. A total of 14 compounds of RN (CH 2 OR ’) 2 and RN ■ (CH 2 OR’) 2 · X ■ are obtained from alkylamines, aldehydes, acetylenic alcohols and alkyl halides respectively, where R and R "are alkyl, Alkyl, aryl, R ’is alkynyl, and X is halogen.
