本文采用三维有限元法计算了16240Z柴油机薄壁球铁活塞的应力和变形,计算结果与试验数据颇为吻合;文中强调指出因该型活塞裙部具有热膨胀及变形很小这一特点,故设计时可使活塞裙部与气缸套的冷态间隙选取很小的数值,从而减小了活塞对气缸套的冲击和噪音,并防止或减缓了气缸套的穴蚀。文末还根据应力的计算结果估计了薄壁球铁活塞的疲劳寿命。
In this paper, three-dimensional finite element method was used to calculate the stress and deformation of 16240Z diesel engine thin-walled ductile iron piston. The calculated results are in good agreement with the experimental data. The article emphasizes that due to the characteristics of the piston skirt with thermal expansion and small deformation, The piston skirt and the cylinder liner of the cold gap to choose a small value, thus reducing the impact of the piston on the cylinder liner and noise, and to prevent or slow down the cylinder liner cavitation. At the end of the paper, the fatigue life of the thin-walled ductile iron piston is also estimated based on the stress calculation results.
