生活作风如何,与领导干部廉洁与否有着内在的一致性。推进党风廉政建设、建立和谐干群关系必须大力加强领导干部生活作风建设,务必走出生活作风是“无关紧要的小事”“、不必干涉的个人隐私”的认识误区;通过营造廉洁文化氛围、强化“八小时之外”的监督和管理,促进领导干部加强自我约束,实现“他律”与“自律”的有机结合,培养健康的生活情趣,以匡正领导干部的生活作风。
