在天然气管道泄漏检测中,激光检测是常用的技术手段,然而激光检测受天然气扩散过程的影响,会存在一定的偏差。基于对天然气管道泄漏过程的分析,建立了架空天然气高压管道泄漏扩散模型,在5p0、10p0、15p0三种管道压力情况下,进行了天然气管道泄漏过程的数值分析,并探讨压力对激光检测结果的影响。研究结果表明:在三种不同的高压管道内,天然气扩散受压力影响较小,且激光检测结果受其影响微弱,几乎无影响。
In gas pipeline leak detection, laser detection is a common technical means, however, laser detection is affected by the diffusion process of natural gas, there will be some deviation. Based on the analysis of natural gas pipeline leakage process, the leakage diffusion model of overhead natural gas pipeline was established. The numerical analysis of natural gas pipeline leakage process was carried out under the conditions of 5p0, 10p0 and 15p0 pipeline pressure, and the relationship between pressure and laser detection results influences. The results show that in three different high-pressure pipelines, the diffusion of natural gas is less affected by the pressure, and the laser detection results are weakly affected, with almost no effect.
