目的:针对我院围手术期应用盐酸氨溴索注射液数量较多问题,进行围手术期盐酸氨溴索注射液使用合理性评价,制定出围手术期合理使用方案。方法:收集我院2014年1月外科系统围手术期预防用盐酸氨溴索注射液的患者信息,参考国内、外文献并结合临床实践,分析我院盐酸氨溴索注射液的使用情况。结果:高危患者使用盐酸氨溴索治疗基本合理,但无高危因素患者预防用药的剂量及时间存在不合理现象。结论:盐酸氨溴索注射液大剂量使用时能明显改善患者的临床症状及肺功能;但目前其超说明书使用仍处于临床研究阶段,需慎重对待。
OBJECTIVE: To evaluate the rational use of Ambroxol Hydrochloride Injection during perioperative period in our hospital for perioperative application of Ambroxol Hydrochloride Injection. Methods: The data of ambroxol hydrochloride injection for perioperative prevention of surgical system in our hospital from January 2014 to January 2014 were collected. The usage of ambroxol hydrochloride injection in our hospital was analyzed with reference to domestic and foreign literatures and clinical practice. Results: In high-risk patients, the use of ambroxol hydrochloride was reasonable and reasonable. However, there was an irrational dose and timing of prophylaxis in patients without risk factors. Conclusion: Ambroxol hydrochloride injection can significantly improve the clinical symptoms and pulmonary function of patients when used in high doses. However, the use of ambroxol hydrochloride injection is still in the clinical research stage and should be treated with caution.
