10月15日,中国政府网消息,为进一步扩大金融业对外开放,国务院决定对《中华人民共和国外资保险公司管理条例》和《中华人民共和国外资银行管理条例》部分条款予以修改。《中华人民共和国外资保险公司管理条例》和《中华人民共和国外资银行管理条例》分别于2001年、2006年制定。这两部行政法规的实施,对于推动保险业和银行业对外开放,加强和完善对外资保险公司、外资银行的监督管理,促进保险业和银行业健康发展,发挥了积极作用。而本次修改两个条例的部分条款,主要是为了贯彻落实党中央、国务院批准的有关外资保险公司和外资银行准
