随着智能手机和应用迅速普及,APP用户已拥有半壁江山,OTA巨头在看到旅游移动APP巨大潜在商业价值后,纷纷设计开发适合自身旅游服务的APP。在导游自由执业大趋势下,“网约导游”模式逐渐突显出来。本文主要在“网约导游”平台移动化的趋势下,分析现有“网约导游”APP的初探成果与不足,针对其发展的主要问题作进一步创造性的改善构想设计,通过发挥移动APP的优势,以期促进导游市场和旅游市场的规范发展。
With the rapid popularization of smart phones and applications, APP users already have half of the country. After seeing the huge potential commercial value of the mobile APP, OTA giants have designed and developed APPs suitable for their own travel services. In the free exercise of the general trend of tour guides, “network about tour guide ” mode gradually highlighted. This article mainly analyzes the existing achievements and shortcomings of the existing APP on “APPROACH” under the trend of “Mobile Guide for Web Hosting” platform, and further creatively designs ideas to improve the main issues for its development. Mobile APP advantages, with a view to promoting the normative development of the tourist guide market and the tourist market.
