嵌地式立体车库提升机构使用链条,链条在提升立体车库过程中承受主要重量,链板是链条的主要零件,车位的重复升降导致链板的疲劳失效,选用20A、28A两种单双排链条的牵引模式,本文通过ANSYS软件对两种型号链板建模,进行受力分析并采用有限元软件Workbench对其进行疲劳分析,通过比较两种链板的受力分布规律,最终选择最优的链条型号,并能够对链条的失效情况及寿命进一步了解,方便及时维修和更换链条。
