在室内条件下测定了毒死蜱、赛丹对黑胸散白蚁的毒杀效果,结果表明:以上两种药剂能在较低浓度下毒杀黑胸散白蚁。有效成分为1μg/ml的毒死蜱、赛丹在处理后第一天黑胸散白蚁校正死亡率分别为89.9％、93.3％。采用Sun法测定毒死蜱与赛丹混配的联合毒力作用,试验结果表明:混配对黑胸散白蚁有明显的增效作用。二者混配的最佳配比为1:1,共毒系数为389.6。
Chlorpyrifos and sidan were determined under indoor conditions. The results showed that the above two agents could kill black-throated termites at lower concentrations. Chlorpyrifos with the active ingredient of 1μg / ml, corrected mortality of 89.3%, 93.3%, respectively, on the first day of treatment with Sialini. The combined toxicity of chlorpyrifos and lydenis was determined by Sun method. The results showed that the synergistic effect of the mixture with black-throated termites was obvious. The best ratio between the two is 1: 1, the co-toxicity coefficient is 389.6.
