作者等自伦敦Moorfields眼科医院门诊患急性滤泡性结膜炎可能为包涵体性结膜炎的患者,及自伊朗的三个农村里沙眼患者中取材分离培养衣原体。首先在伦敦的28例以玻璃微吸管吸取两眼泪液(分泌物)共约0.1毫升,置小瓶中低温保存。之后自伦敦又取20例及伊朗752沙眼病例皆用5×3×1毫米的纤维海绵吸取,双眼得泪液约0.1毫升,低温保存。采取泪液后,再以棉棍擦上下睑结膜及穹窿部,双眼标本混合,置低温保存。以上所有标本均用照射处理McCoy细胞培养,约60小时后检查结果,并计算每管内的包涵体数。结果:在伦敦包涵体性结膜炎的培养中,首先28例用玻璃吸管取泪液的28例中15例阳性,同时以棉棍取标本者20例阳性。以纤维海绵吸取泪液者20例中12例阳性,与棉棍取材者同。自伊朗752例沙眼患者中棉棍取标本者57例(8%)阳性,以泪液培养者28例(4%)阳性。所有阳性培养管中包涵体数目,皆以棉棍取标本者远高于泪液者。
Authors such as patients with acute follicular conjunctivitis who may have had inclusion conjunctivitis at outpatient clinics at the Moorfields Eye Hospital in London, and chlamydia isolated from trachoma patients in three rural Iran. First of all, in London, 28 cases of glass micro-pipette suction two tears (secretions) a total of about 0.1 ml, set the vial to be stored at low temperature. Since then, 20 cases from London and 752 cases of trachoma in Iran are taken with 5 × 3 × 1 mm fiber sponge, and the eyes are lashed about 0.1 ml and stored at low temperature. After taking tears, and then wipe the upper and lower conjunctiva and vault, the eyes of the specimen mixture, set low temperature preservation. All of the above specimens were irradiated with McCoy cell culture, about 60 hours after the test results, and calculate the number of inclusions within each tube. Results: In the culture of London inclusion conjunctivitis, the first of 28 cases with glass pipette to take tears in 15 of 15 cases were positive, while 20 cases were positive with cotton stick. In 20 cases of fibrous sponge to absorb tears, 12 cases were positive, with the same material with cotton stick. Fifty-seven patients (8%) were positive from cotton stick in 752 cases of trachoma in Iran and 28 (4%) were positive in tear fluid culture. The number of inclusion bodies in all positive culture tubes was much higher than those of tears in cotton sticks.
