通信工程预期开支和实际开支的全部固定资产投资费用,称为通信工程造价。投资者通过项目评估进行决策,为了获得预期的效益,以及使投资转化为固定资产和无形资产,进行通信工程招标,直至竣工验收等一系列通信管理活动。所有这些开支就构成了工程造价。本文重点分析了影响通信工程造价的主要因素,通信工程造价控制原理,并给出了通信工程造价控制的几种方法。
Communication project expected expenditures and actual expenditures for all fixed assets investment costs, known as the cost of communications projects. Investors make decisions through project evaluation. In order to obtain the expected benefits and convert the investment into fixed assets and intangible assets, the Company conducts a series of communications management activities such as bidding for communications projects, acceptance of projects until completion and acceptance.
