人际交往对青少年自我认知的发展、应对学业和生活的各种压力、身心健康、正面生活态度的建立和社会技能的发展都有着非常重要的影响。本文从促进初中生发展正面人际关系的目的出发,透过青少年社会工作的视角,从青少年人际关系的三大层面探讨青少年正面发展中七大核心构念的理念与方法应用于初中生正面人际关系发展领域的可行性与效用。研究发现,青少年人际交往认知与被试学生在同辈交往层面有较强相关性的核心构念有社交能力、认知能力、采取行动能力与分辨是非能力,促进了被试学生对身边益友的认定、对自身朋友数量的认知及对同学的自发情感认知;在师生交往层面有较强相关性的核心构念有社交能力、情绪控制与表达能力、采取行动能力、分辨是非能力和亲社会规范,促进了被试学生对老师自发情感的认知和对老师的获助感;在亲子交往层面有较强相关性的核心构念有社交能力、认知能力和亲社会规范,促进被试学生对父母的自发情感认知。 Interpersonal communication has a very important influence on the development of self-cognition of adolescents, coping with various pressures of school and life, physical and mental health, establishment of positive attitude towards life and development of social skills. Based on the purpose of promoting the development of positive interpersonal relationships among junior high school students and through the perspective of young people’s social work, this paper explores the concepts and methods of the seven core concepts of positive development of adolescents from the three aspects of adolescent interpersonal relationships Feasibility and utility in the field of development. The study found that the core concepts of interpersonal cognition of adolescents and students who have a strong correlation with peers at the level of intercourse are social competence, cognitive ability, ability to act and discrimination are non-competence, which promote the students’ Cognizance of the number of their own friends and students’ spontaneous emotional cognition; the core conception of strong relativity between teachers and students is social ability, emotion control and expression ability, action ability, discrimination between non-ability and pro Social norms, to promote the students’ spontaneous feelings of the teacher’s cognition and the teacher’s sense of gratification; at the level of parent-child interaction has a strong correlation of the core concepts of social skills, cognitive ability and pro-social norms, to promote the subjects Students’ spontaneous emotional perception of their parents.
