本文从气门电热镦粗的生产实际出发,经过理论分析与实测,明确指出了电镦过程应分为两个阶段,以及影响气门毛坯成形质量的主要过程参数及其合理匹配,并在此基础上设计了微计算机过程控制系统。生产试验表明,该系统能自动控制电镦过程的主要参数,成品率有明显提高,且操作方便,在工人经验不足和气门品种经常更换的条件下,能稳定生产。
Based on the actual production of valve electric upsetting, theoretical analysis and actual measurement indicate that the electric upsetting process should be divided into two stages, as well as the main process parameters that affect the forming quality of valve blank and their reasonable matching. Based on this, Design a microcomputer process control system. Production tests show that the system can automatically control the main parameters of the electrical upsetting process, the yield rate has improved significantly, and easy to operate, under the inexperienced workers and valve varieties under the conditions of frequent replacement, stable production.
