目的研究混合陶瓷表面不同的处理方法对树脂水门汀粘接强度的影响。方法选用Vita Enamic混合陶瓷块,用CAD/CAM方法切割成10 mm×10 mm×3 mm试件36块,根据表面处理方法随机分为6组,分别为对照组、喷砂组、酸蚀组、硅烷组、酸蚀+硅烷组和喷砂+硅烷组,每组6个试件。各组试件进行相应表面处理后,用Embrace~(TM)双固化树脂水门汀在试件处理表面制作粘接面半径2 mm、高4 mm的圆柱体,静置24 h后用电子万能力学测试机测试粘接强度。结果在测试刀头速度为0.5 mm/min的条件下,各组粘接强度分别为:对照组(6.2199±0.9662)MPa、喷砂组(8.3043±1.2074)MPa、酸蚀组(7.2266±1.1112)MPa、硅烷组(15.0703±1.1033)MPa、酸蚀+硅烷组(9.6446±1.1725)MPa、喷砂+硅烷组(13.1765±2.312)MPa。除酸蚀组与对照组和喷砂组之间差异无统计学意义外,其余各组与对照组间的差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论酸蚀、喷砂、涂硅烷偶联剂,单独或联合对混合陶瓷表面处理,均可提高其与树脂水门汀的粘接强度;喷砂效果优于酸蚀,硅烷偶联剂增强树脂水门汀粘接强度最佳。
Objective To study the effect of different treatment methods on the bonding strength of resin cement with different ceramic surfaces. Methods Vita Enamic hybrid ceramic blocks were selected and 36 pieces of 10 mm × 10 mm × 3 mm specimens were cut by CAD / CAM method. They were randomly divided into six groups according to the surface treatment methods, namely control group, sandblasting group, etching group , Silane group, etching + silane group and sandblasting + silane group, 6 specimens each. After the corresponding surface treatment of each group of test pieces, Embrace TM double curing resin cement was used to make a cylinder with a radius of 2 mm and a height of 4 mm on the treated surface of the test piece. After standing for 24 hours, Machine test bond strength. Results The bonding strength of each group was 6.2199 ± 0.9662 MPa, 8.3043 ± 1.2074 MPa and 7.2266 ± 1.1112 respectively in the sandblasting group and the etching group at the speed of 0.5 mm / min. MPa, silane group (15.0703 ± 1.1033) MPa, acid etching + silane group (9.6446 ± 1.1725) MPa, sandblasting + silane group (13.1765 ± 2.312) MPa. The difference between the other groups and the control group was statistically significant (P <0.05) except for the difference between acid-erosion group and control group and sandblasting group. Conclusions Acid etching, sandblasting, silane coupling agent alone or in combination with mixed ceramic surface treatment can improve the bonding strength with resin cement; sandblasting effect is better than acid etching, silane coupling agent to enhance the adhesion of resin cement Then the best strength.
