Malignant lymphomas are a group of malignancies that originate in lymph nodes or other lymphoid tissues. The incidence rate is about 3-4 million per 100,000 in some regions, accounting for the eighth place in all malignant tumors. Although this disease is a systemic disease, it is characterized by painlessness and progressive lymphadenopathy in the early stages of the clinical course. It is especially prone to submandibular and cervical lymph nodes. Therefore, it is not uncommon to see a doctor in the department of stomatology. Because of complex clinical manifestations and incomplete classification of pathological classification, it is easy to misdiagnose. This article collected 16 cases of malignant lymphoma that were not clear or wrong at the time of initial diagnosis and were finally confirmed by pathological examination, according to its clinical features.
