目的:提高小儿肺热咳喘颗粒质量标准。方法:采用薄层色谱法鉴别小儿肺热咳喘颗粒中的盐酸麻黄碱及麻黄药材,黄芩素、汉黄芩素及黄芩药材,绿原酸;采用高效液相色谱法测定小儿肺热咳喘颗粒中连翘苷、盐酸麻黄碱及黄芩苷的含量。结果:在薄层色谱法中检出了盐酸麻黄碱、麻黄药材、黄芩素、汉黄芩素、黄芩药材、绿原酸的特征斑点;高效液相色谱法测出麻黄碱、黄芩苷和连翘苷呈良好的线性关系。结论:该方法简单、专属性强,可有效控制小儿肺热咳喘颗粒的质量。
Objective: To improve the children’s Hyperactivity cough particles quality standards. Methods: The contents of ephedrine hydrochloride, ephedrine hydrochloride, baicalein, wogonin and radix scutellariae and chlorogenic acid in children Hyperactivity and Chuanchuan Granules were determined by TLC. Forsythin, ephedrine hydrochloride and baicalin content. Results: The characteristic spots of ephedrine hydrochloride, ephedra medicinal herbs, baicalein, wogonin, radix scutellariae, and chlorogenic acid were detected by TLC. The contents of ephedrine, baicalin and forsythia Glycosides showed a good linear relationship. Conclusion: The method is simple and specific, and can effectively control the quality of Hyperactivity cough granules in children.
