微博作为当前最新的一种交流媒介正在改变着人们的生活方式及政府的行政方式,微博问政虽有着积极意义,但也必须理性客观对待,警惕微博问政流于形式、疏于责任、微博问政中的非理性行为发生及其制度规范的不完善。为了把握好微博问政的这些理性限度,提出政府应该转变执政理念、增强微博用户的道德自律意识、提供必要的制度保障。
Microblogging as the latest kind of communication media is changing people’s way of life and the government’s administrative mode. Although micro-blogging politics has positive significance, it must be treated rationally and objectively. Responsibility, microblogging ask political and non-rational behavior occurs and its system of norms are not perfect. In order to grasp the rational limits of Weibo’s politics, we suggest that the government should change its concept of ruling, enhance the awareness of Weibo users’ moral self-discipline and provide the necessary system guarantee.
