随着社会经济的发展,居住环境的改善,人们生活水平也得到提高,随之增长的还有对医疗服务的要求,很多城市医患关系难以调和,医疗服务投诉越来越多。医疗服务投诉成为医院迫切需要解决的问题,也引起了人们的广泛关注。近些年来,医疗服务投诉的局面有了一些改变,医院对于服务工作的工作方向也该随之做出相应调整。患者对医疗服务的满意程度直接关系到医院是否正常营运。因此,分析了医疗服务投诉出现的新问题,研究了出现医疗投诉的普遍原因,并就此提出了一些应对策略。
With the social and economic development, improvement of living environment, people’s living standards have also been improved, followed by the growth of the medical service requirements, many city doctor-patient relationship is difficult to reconcile, more and more medical service complaints. Complaints about medical services have become urgent problems to be solved in hospitals, and have drawn people’s widespread concern. In recent years, there have been some changes in the situation of medical service complaints, and the hospital should make corresponding adjustments in the direction of service work. Patient satisfaction with medical services is directly related to whether the hospital is operating normally. Therefore, this paper analyzes the new problems appearing in medical service complaints, studies the general reasons for medical complaints and puts forward some countermeasures.
