为了建立适用于大功率锅炉机组的炉膛设备,一九五六年底由浙江大学和一机部汽轮机锅炉研究所协同建立了一台液态排渣旋凤炉试验台,并作了多次的冷炉及热炉燃烧试验,在试验过程中获得了一定的成果和经验教训。本文综合了多次的试验结果,并加以分析。全文分四部分来加以叙述:第一部分:液态排渣旋凤炉试验台的基本情况。本部分介绍了旋风室的结构、参数、试验台的设备及其布置。第二部分:冷炉试验。本部分根据试验台中冷空气动力场的测定数据来分析工况参数、二次凤门的开度组合等改变对气体动力结构的影响。第三部分:热炉试验。本部分为热炉试验,按其燃烧的情况分为四个阶段加以讨论,其中还包括了设备的修改以及煤的颗粒度、灰熔点和水份等因素对燃烧的影响。第四部分:小结。本部分总结了各次试验的情况,分析各阶段试验的特点,作出初步结论。并试作对工业旋凤炉设计作参考性的推荐资料。
