随着我国社会经济的不断发展,人们生活质量的提升,以及对于汽车的大量需求,使其汽车行业发展迅速;而汽车行业,尤其是零部件企业,随着企业数量的增加,企业之间的竞争力,也在不断的增加;要想提高企业自身的市场竞争力,就要从自身的管理抓起,加强预算意识,从而更好的实现企业的稳定发展;对此本文就预算管理在汽车零部件企业中的运用,结合其预算管理的意义进行分析,希望对于我国汽车行业经济利益的提升,起着积极促进的意义。
